wear long socks!
great looking shoes! pretty comfortable on the foot, tiny bit of discomfort after hours of wearing. the only thing i have to warn other buyers about is the need to wear long socks with these boots. the first day i wore them for about 5 hours and the top edge of the boot rubbed the skin on my calf/shin RAW! even after unlacing the top 2 eyelets. i have matching ringed scars around both of my legs from the scabs they left. PLEASE wear socks that are taller than the edge of the boot to avoid this. other than that, i love them.

THE WORST!
I purchased before my flight to Stockholm. I wore in the airport, plane and by the time I walked off the plane, I was in so much pain it was so uncomfortable. I have blisters on the back of my feet. If you are a half size, size up do not size down. I am between a 4-5 and I went with a 5. I would’ve chose a 6.
Also, purchase these second hand if you don’t want to go through this process. So painful…

Very stylish, comfortable boots! Beware of the more narrow toe box if you have wide feet. Treat the inside leather with mink oil more than once, it helps the break in go much faster. I think overall the Jadons are more comfy than the 1460's

Great Boot Excellent Price
I ordered this boot in white. I wear a size 9.5M so I sized down to a 9. I have to return the boots for a size 10. My toes went to the end of the toe box. Unfortunately, you can't do exchanges online. I have to order the size 10 and return the 9 to the store. Or I can pay $9.95 to mail them back. I'm ordering my size because I found the leather to be soft not rigid at all. I'll still do the breaking in period as recommended on Doc Marten's website. The same boots are on their website for double the price. I'll take these from Nordstrom Rack for $80.
