Never write reviews anymore but I suffer from terrible migraines and headaches. Right now, I’m actually sick and have sinus pressure. This head wrap is so nice! Usable cold or hot and stretches to fit ( I got a big ol head too lol). The gel inserts in this cap are nice because it gives it a nice weight. It’s not cheap but better than the reusable ice packs I have and use! Tysm
