Nice Boat Shoe
I really like the soft leather, comfort, and price (I got it on sale) of this shoe. My only mild criticism is that with the tan leather laces, tan leather lace incorporated into the shoe itself, and the tan leather strip at the back of the shoe - that a tan sole (instead of white) would even better.

Too big and no opportunity to even exchange them?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered size 8, which I typically can wear but they are way too big. When scanned the exchange QR code, it told me they weren't eligible to exchange, which is really disappointing and unfortunate. Is there any way I can get a different smaller size?
