Ennis Satin Halter Midi Dress

This was a really poorly fitting dress. It seemed true to size through the bust and hips, but the back hung down very low. It's definitely designed for much taller people than 5'4", and there was no way to alter it to make it fit. If I tied the neck tighter so that it didn't come down too far in front or back, the bust line came up way too far, at my armpits. If I lined up the bust line correctly, the dress hung very awkwardly, much too low. There was no way to wear a regular bra with it; it would require a backless bra. The neck also hung very poorly, and the cowl neck looked bunchy rather than graceful. Even if it had fit properly, though, I didn't really like the fabric. It creased very easily and the drape was all wrong for a cowl neck. Back it went.
