NOT tall girl friendly and runs small
I own at least 7-8 pair of FP pants/jeans and am a size 29-30 in FP depending on the look I’m going for. They were sold out of size 30 so I went with a 31 as I wanted a relaxed fit. They were not mid rise, they were low rise and tight in the waist, butt, hips, thigh, and WAAAY too short, like mid-calf. And yes, I realize I AM tall, but most of FP ankle pants fit just above the ankle for me and are acceptable. These were not. They had an overall weird fit, and the sizing and basic design measurements varied greatly from the photos. This is highly unusual for me with this brand. The only reason I gave them more than one star is because I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps I just got an odd pair and they would be really cute and be the right fit for others. If you’re 5’8” or taller: do not buy!

way too small and super short
Free People is so unreliable in sizing. They should give us the items measurements and then we pick a size. They obviously have zero ability to properly size things. These are non-returnable so don’t risk it. Super low cut. My hips are 32 inches and should have fit into size 24. I ordered up to size 25. I can’t shut these pants by about 3 inches. I’m super tiny and wear size 0 or extra small. The legs are way too short and I’m only 5 feet 5 inches and 105 pounds. You really can only get free people if you actually see it and try it on because this company is ridiculous with sizing.
