does not run big

I read all of the reviews before purchasing, so I ordered a medium rather than a small and it was too big. It definitely has a boat neck, which I don’t like it’s lined which I do like, but I didn’t really like the colors or the fit so I returned it. But I would definitely pick your true size even if you’re busty.
