FP Movement Sprint to the Finish Seamed Sweatpants

I’m 5’8” and a 6-8 and I’m a true M in bottoms. In the powder pink, vivid lilac, ginger tea, winter coral and blueberry, I’ve taken a M. The blueberry and vivid lilac are bit lower rise and the pockets can be oddly fitting depending on the pair. The powder pink has iffy pockets too. Depends on the pair. They stick out and you basically deal or reorder. I can see this being easier if you don’t have hips. Hickory and ivory I do a S as they have a higher rise, and I’m pear-shaped. They’re also a bit thicker. I’ve tried the Heather gray on before and found the S fit in those as well, but I ordered the M here because they were on sale. The pair I received were mislabeled as M because they were literally falling off me. They must’ve been at least an XL, possibly larger. I think they’re a one-off. I reordered the blueberry and M heather to hopefully get a better fit on both the second time around. For some reason, I only have trouble with the fit of these pants when I order from Nordstrom. I love these though. I’ve been buying them for 2 years and own several. I wash cold and always hang to dry and they’ve all held up great!

I have a gray pair of these from the free people website and was excited to get a second pair on sale through Nordstrom but .. the sizing is way off. I have a small in the gray (directly from free people) but the small in the black (or washed black I should say) were HUGE, like a 2XL honestly. I had to cinch the waist so tight to even get them to stay up otherwise they were at my ankles. Very disappointing because I love the ones I already have but these will be going back.
