FP Movement In A Pillow Water Resistant Packable Puffer Anorak

When I finally got myself into this jacket after a bit of a struggle, I legit hollered when I saw myself. The shoulder seams are sewed in a way that makes you look like you have football pads underneath, and it’s somehow too large and too small at the same time. Such a bizarre fit. It looked hilarious and fit me NOTHING like the cute pictures. Instead, I looked like a little lavender marshmallow linebacker, and getting this thing on and off was shockingly difficulty. This is a return, for sure. For reference I’m 4’11”, 110lbs and ordered the xs.

I wanted to love this pullover.. the black and tan was SO appealing…. BUT, the scale to fit is very different than the Pippa pullover… it is snug on the waist and the cuffs of the sleeves seem to not differentiate between the exterior fabric and interior, so although they are weirdly long you can’t roll the cuffs as you would on their other pullovers… I was exited for the fleece interior for cooler days but the texture of fleece grabs your skin in a very uncomfortable synthetic way…. I have tons of FP pieces, this fits more average than FP sizes that are normally on the larger size… 5’5” 180; Athletic/boxy shape, and I normally get away with L/XL in FP… this XL was too small

Sadly this pullover was returned. Though I wear a women’s Small, I always fit into a XS when purchasing FP clothing. This was not the case. When I say I had a hard time getting into & pulling off this outward wear… would be an understatement. Was just horrible. Would have helped if they had sewn in a side zipper to easily access more room but nope. Then once on… it was too constrictive & way too puffy. The symmetry was all wrong. Otherwise felt warm but wasn’t for me.

I love this puffer so much. I disagree with so many of the other reviews and find this to be typical in FP sizing in that it runs slightly large. I usually wear a small or even medium sometimes, but needed an XS in this. I took it with me on a ski vacation recently and wore it 3 out of 6 days. It’s the perfect layer for under my coat and just as cozy for lounging indoors.
