Missing one strap (sigh)
The quality is nice, the color not too crazy but it will serve good for a beach dress. It came with one strap missing, good thing I have enough time to reorder. Customer Service made a note to ensure that there will be 2 straps, if not I'll be returning the item. Also got an offer for a free pickup and free delivery for the hassle. :/

So disappointed!
Received this dress and straps were off the dress. Couldn’t try it on to see the fit without the straps. I noticed several other customers complaining of the same problem. That’s too many complaints for this dress. No quality control. The dress is really pretty but without straps won’t work for me. I will be returning it.

I got a dress with one strap, the other one is completely missing. The dress also has threads hanging off of it. No wonder it's on sale.....lol but still not worth $99!
