nice look and feel, horrible quality
I am so disappointed with these boots. They look and feel so nice, the design is very good, but the quality is horrible!!!! How come after 2 wears, the heel is already broken and the metal part came through. It’s so incredibly disappointing and feels like a complete waste of money. You can tell that I barely even wore them because the bottoms are barely even dirty!! So so upset. If only I could return or ask for a refund.
