Waist runs 3 inches big, so size down
I normally order a 31 or 32, but i got these in a 30. They measured 16.5 " straight across the waist band.. They a a bit loose, but the size 29 was out of stock by the time i saw these. Super cute. Inseam length is about 26.5". Some reviewers said they were disappointed the front pocket don't open. This is because the manufacturer ships them with the front pocket stitched closed for transport. A lot of dress pants are shipped this way with the back pockets stitched closed. if you turn the jeans inside out, you can see the white thread stitching that holds the front pockets closed. Use a pair of scissors or a seam ripper to undo the stitching so the pockets open. This is what i did with pair I bought. The front pockets do open.

Mis-leading Picture
The fit was fine but as other reviews had stated, it is shorter than the picture depicts (cropped is an over stretch). It is an awkward length, not quite ankle length but not a suitable length to be termed crop a trouser.
Also, the picture shows little there is a pocket but it is a faux pocket.
Loved the braided waist band and the size but the indeterminate length made an awkward fit.

Short even for me at five two
Cute but they are really too short even for me, and I am 5’2”. Might be able to wear them with sandals, but I wanted to wear some higher heels or boots.

Comfortable and Flattering
These are super cute and flattering. I could have sized down for a more fitted look, but the larger size would be more appropriate for work. These also run SHORT. They fit like coulots but still cute. They are a keeper.

runs HUGE; not as pictured
The fabric and waistband are beautiful. I wear a 32/33 in Mother, but I returned the 33, 32, and 31 in this item, opting finally for the 30.
Also, as noted by many other reviewers, the photo is totally wrong. The jeans are cropped and several other things are not as pictured.
