sent altered and used item
I was sent these jeans without tags and they have been hemmed. They are literally raw hem jeans. Norstrom rack told me they couldn’t take them back, even though I received these this way. Same with Nordstrom. So I had to go to FedEx to ship them back because you sold me a used item… quality control needed for $$$ jeans
