beautiful shirt that runs VERY small

Not at all as described!
If the label "Forgotten Grace" means anything to you - don't order this because the label says "LIV Los Angeles" and if you Google that label - its sold at low end stores for under $20. The blouse itself is simply horrible quality. I hope Nordstrom Rack reads Feedback and learns something. This is false advertising.

Thought this would be great for summer. 100% cotton, which is great, but I’m sure it would shrink Usually wear m-L, too small and fabric is very thin.

Shocked at the false description
First of all this blouse is not labeled Forgotten Grace. The label is LIV Los Angeles. Although, if you enlarge the photo in the description you can see LIV on it. I Googled booth brands and they typically charge $16 for their blouses. Nordstrom Rack claims it is $95 value. It is pretty, but it is cheap, not inexpensive CHEAP. I do shop at Nordstrom a lot, but I am very careful buying anything from the Rack, but they really fooled me this time.
