The Highland Nonstretch Denim Midi Skirt

So bummed cause this skirt looked like it was the perfect one. For amazing through the butt, hips, and skimed the legs perfectly but for some reason they made the waist sooooo tiny. I am a true 6-8 in everything and the size 29 waist was made for a size 2. Then I went up to a 31 and the waist was still a bit snug but the skirt belled out. Very sad cause I thought this was it. Going back. For reference I am 5’8” 135-140.

I loved the skirt, especially the raw hem and the fact that the slit was in the back. I usually wear a 31, but returned it for a 32. Much better fit. However, it does shrink in the wash. I washed delicate cold water and hung dry. I'll wash it again, put it on wet and wear it for a while to shape to me, then hang dry for the rest of the time. Gee - just like we did in the 70's with our jeans. Just be aware of the sizing. I have slim hips and thighs but a slighter larger waist.
