Floral Embroidered Three-Quarter Sleeve Cotton Button-Up Shirt

I ordered this blouse in 3 sizes to determine the best fit. I received a medium, large and extra large. The large fit best. It runs big. Unfortunately, both the large and extra large had rust colored stains on them. I kept the large. The stain was about the size of an orange. I used bleach on the spot and some Fels Naptha with good old elbow grease, threw it in the wash with other whites and it came out just fine. I know I could have exchanged it for another shirt but I was planning on wearing it soon and didn’t want to wait for the exchange to take place. I was very disappointed with the staining and am wondering if there’s a problem with quality control since two of the three shirts were stained. Other than the stain, I would recommend wearing a camisole underneath the shirt as it is somewhat shear. Please do better Nordstrom Rack.
