Defective
I ordered the sandals in February and I waited until summer to wear them I wore them a few times and one of the jewels fell out. I contacted Fitflop and Nordstrom Rack about repair or replacement and neither company could offer a replacement stone. Nordstrom Rack would not refund the purchase.
