Love the flats but heels are way too big
this is my second pair of flats from FitFlop and both have been a disappointment. I thought with the elastic at the heel these would fit but I evidently have a narrow heel. Sorry to say have returned them.

Needs to be broken in
I've been wearing the ballet flats for years and needed a new pair of brown ones. The back of the shoe rubs my feet, so I'll need to put a back cushion on it to prevent blisters. Overall, good looking shoe and will be more comfortable once I make some adjustments.

Not for me
Unfortunately this company isn't for me. The price point was high so I had high hopes and was recommended them by a friend, but the smallest size didn't fit. My feet are 22cm, which is usually a size 5 women's or 35 UK but I didn't see that the FitFlops size 5 was 36 UK. They also took quite a while to ship, over a week, and I have to pay for the return as well. All oversights on my part, but still disappointed.
