Leonie Soft Mary Jane Ballet Flat

I have wide feet and usually wear a size 7.5. I ended up keeping a size 8, which fits well. The shoes are slightly long in the toe area, but I had no issues walking in them. The strap is comfortable and not tight, and the leather is incredibly soft. The quality feels noticeably better than more affordable flats like Sam Edelman. After wearing them around the house, they became even more comfortable and molded to my feet. If you have regular or narrow feet, you may find these flats a bit wide.

I strongly differ from bad reviews. These shoes are adorable. Perfect in so many ways. So many compliments each time I wear. Buttery soft leather and so comfortable. Easy to wear, much more versatile than I imagined. These can elevate an otherwise basic outfit or simply complement a more business casual look. I bought these for a Paris trip and walked daily for many miles without discomfort. They truly stood-up to the abuse, no issues, so not sure what others refer to in terms of quality. I ordered in my typical USA size and fit was perfect. Despite red in color, I was able to get much more use than I anticipated, these could of easily been my only pair for entire trip. This red is quite forgiving neither too warm nor too cold, neutral in my opinion. I would absolutely buy again and again.

This is my second pair of Leonies, and I love them! They’re narrow on me right out of the box, but the leather is so nice and buttery that they stretched to fit my feet within a couple of wears. They are a true leather sole, so they have minimal support and are a bit slippery, but I don’t mind because they are so lovely!

I love this shade of red however, the shoe offers absolutely no support and the elastic is the cheapest material that was used and will stretch out and offer no grip. For me, I am between a 9.5 and a 10 in various brands and chose the 10 because I have a long toes, am a true medium width with a narrow heel. The sole is absolutely flat with no support. Very disappointed because I love this red, wanted a red ballet flat but this shoe is not worth the $$. If the shoe met higher standards I would have happily rated 5 stars, thus the low rating. Returning as I haven't worn them.
