Love these pants
These are some of my favorite jeans. Love the unique detail at the bottom with the hidden button to open or close. They do run big. I sized down from a 26 to a 25. Could maybe get away with a 24 if I wanted them to sit higher.

not at all like pictured
I wish there were redeeming qualities to this garment because I truly love this brand but there are not. All other garments from Favorite Daughter boast impeccable tailoring - these are entirely wrong all over. Shapeless through the hip and the slit doesn’t open in any way that would be flattering. Fitting on the butt couldn’t be worse as well. But the biggest downer was honestly the fact that these jeans are not at all the color that is pictured. What I received is a lighter blue denim that doesn’t have any of the more cool gray tones in the photo. Just basic denim on the lighter side of the dye with zero fashion appeal.
Sorry to say but these are going straight back.

Nice fit, horrible mildew smell
I really like how my jeans fit; however, upon receiving them there was a horrible mildew smell to them. Of course I washed them, but the smell was unbelievable for the price I purchased them at and they were still pricey.

Obsessed with the edge and comfort
I purchased these jeans with the jean jacket Nordstrom pairs with it and can't say enough. I have worn them several times and love how comfortable and unique they are (I have been keeping the hem buttoned, but adorable both ways). Great with platform sneakers or a kitten heal. Super fun to pair with the jacket as well.

Edgy and Fun
I purchased these a week ago and have already worn them twice. I am 5‘4“, and they almost hit the ground for me with flats. Wore them with a beige Favorite Daughter cardigan, and Fendi buckle slides, and I received several compliments as I was walking through South Coast. I have a smaller waist, so I am having a Nordstrom tailor bring in the waistband a bit for a perfect fit. I don’t like the look of the button cuff, so I leave them open. I also love how the pattern that runs from top to bottom on the jeans offers a slimming effect.
