Flap Pocket Midi Skirt

This skirt is more of a pencil skirt, which I like. The slit in the back was a little high for me so I am having Nordstrom alterations close it up a bit. Other than that, it’s perfection for me. I paired it with a black and white Madewell fitted zip up cardigan. I’ll wear sandals in the warmer weather and boots in the cooler weather. I am 5’7 and the length is spot on.

A great staple with very classic style and fit. True to size. Easy to crease as my pocket came bent and I’ve not been able to flatten it back out. Roomy for the size and sits a bit lower than most in my size, but I like that and it makes it comfortable with the extra breathing room. Simple and straight forward. No stretch. Nice quality.

I’m usually in between 6 and 8, looking at the size chart I decided to go with a small. When trying it on, it was huge! Looked more like a large. The fabric is nice. The skirt itself is not flattering at all and pocked placement is poor. Immediately wrinkled on the front after I sat down, pockets would not lay flat.
