Embroidered Bias Cut Midi Dress

I would say that I am a standard M gal, with a B size cup. But unfortunately, when I tried this on in Medium, it fit perfectly, except the seems for the bust cut me right in half. I thought that was weird because I usually have a problem fully filling out a chest on a dress like this. So I have ordered the large and will see if that accommodates without sacrificing the mice bias cut fit on the rest of the body. But boy is the fabric and shape lovely!

This dress is really pretty. I purchased the ivory-pink and it is prettier than the blue wallpaper. Keep this in mind if you're undecided about which color to purchase. The quality of the dress is good; there's eyelet detailing that you don't see unless you look carefully; and there's lining so you don't have to worry about the dress being see through. The material is a little bit thick/heavy so this wouldn't be a good dress for summer (unless you wear it at night or during May-gray/June-gloom days), but it is perfect and beautiful for spring. I'm large busted and short so I purchased the large. Upon purchase, the length of the dress hit right at my ankles. But I had it hemmed to about 1 1/2-2 inches. The model must be tall because of where the length hits, and this length makes the dress appear casual. But where I had the dress hemmed, the dress looks summery elegant on me. I have thick arms so I'll be wearing a light-colored denim jacket to cover them. Ultimately, this dress is really pretty, of good quality, and elegant.

Love the dress, it’s beautiful. But for treasure and bond, it runs really small. I’m consistently a XXL in their clothes and this fit maaaaybe like an XL. If you can size up, I recommend cause it’s pretty. If not, then skip.

This dress would have been perfect for Easter, however, it just does not fit someone with a larger chest. The rest of the dress fit perfectly, but if you are DD or higher, this won't work for you especially if you're a smaller dress size.

I purchased this dress for a bridal shower and received 2 unsolicited complements from other shoppers while I was in the dressing room. Love that it's lined and is form fitting without being tight. I'm only 5'4" so I am having it shortened a bit.
