Beautiful but used

Although the dress is beautiful and fits well, it was clearly used and has an overwhelming stench pf perfume. Due to the timeline I had for a wedding, I couldn't return it. It was sold out. I ended up washing it and the smell was still there. I soaked it in baking soda and the smell was better at least. I was disappointed that I was sold a used product. I did a chat and was told the only option was to return it but I jad already washed it so I couldn't even return it.

I’m usually a 12 or size large. Was swimming in this 12 and purchased the burgundy / wine red when I really want a candy apple, Coke can red dress for an upcoming event. Material was comfortable but I would have needed to go down a size and still likely shorten. Returned.
