Disappointed in customer service
I bought this for a retreat. When I put it on, the top was too small and gapped showing my bra. I tried to return and it said not eligible (???). I tried calling multiple times, 888-966-6283, and repeatedly was hung up on after initial greeting. I tried the chat, which was not linked to anything workable. I guess I’m stuck with it. Nordstrom used to be so customer friendly.
