Perfect For Summer
I like this top with the tie waist. I purchased it in White, but first in a Medium and then returned it for a Small. The body of the shirt is more full that it looks like. I will have to wear a cami because the sleeve cuffs drop so low the view will be clear to the waist! I am a 34D, and this is loose on me.
