Yes They Mean Line Dry
Mine fit me a bit too baggy but they were comfy and that’s what I cared about. I washed the matching shirt per directions but because of the weather I tumbled them on the ‘air only’ setting in the dryer. Just blown air. No heat. The shirt went from 3x to something too small for a 9 year old. NO HEAT. In theory no different from a windy day.
