Cute but too short

This shirt is true to size overall, but it is way too short! If I even move my arms up a little, it becomes a crop top. It says it's 26 inches, but it must be shorter. I bought it in multiple colors thinking it would be the perfect tee, but it barely touches the waistline of my jeans.

scalloped top size 1 x.

I ordered this top in the pink and also black size 1X. The black fit perfect the pink was probably 2 inches bigger on the sides and also bigger in the shoulders. Pink color ran big.
