Scoop Neck Stretch Organic Cotton Midi Dress

It's hard to say anything bad about Eileen Fisher staples like this dress. The style is timeless, the cut is roomy and breezy (you can definitely eat in this style!) and the organic cotton seersucker fabric makes it perfect for even the hottest summer day. And the crimson color is so vibrant and gorgeous, it's an instant mood elevator. Only downside is the design doesn't have pockets, but it's so easy to wear that's a minor complaint at best (reduced to a four star only because Eileen Fisher is usually big on pockets). Order down a size if you're unfamiliar with the brand and want something more fitted; I tend to stick with Medium in this brand for extra roominess without getting lost in the fabric.
