Loose knit in the back at the shoulder.

I bought a Medium in dragonfly to match a crinkle silk dress. The back of the shoulder/arm seam loosened and didn't look good after one wearing. I bought an XL thinking that perhaps I stretched the seam upon wearing once. When the XL sweater arrived I noticed the same loosened weave in the yarn at that location and I had not even tried it on. I love Eileen Fisher fashions. This loosely knit cardigan might not be wearable as constructed. Perhaps it can be reinforced.
