Very Bad experience with the online Rack..
ordered these pants in small, but they were big, so I tried XS. I usually wear a medium or even a large. The XS worked well. (after 3 pairs ordered online)The problem is the first XS I received was obviously worn and returned, had no label, and seemed like they had been washed. Even smaller after shrinkage. Definitely used and returned !!
I returned them to the Phx store in Desert Ridge, Phx. I ordered a second pair, they were shipped, and I received the exact same pair of used pants!!! They were shipped from the Desert Ridge store, Phx.
I had to return them a second time. How unprofessional of Nordstrom Rack. Not sure I can ever trust buying online from Nordstroms rack again. When I returned the item and told the manager what happened, the manager just stared at me as if it was my fault for ordering a second time!! WOW!!

EF missed the mark
I’ve worn EF clothes for 20 years (especially the linen) and they are usually capsule wardrobe quality but these missed the mark. This linen was scratchy and a bit sheer. EF clothes are oversized by design and I am always a PP or XXS. This XXS had an odd fit, especially the rise.
