Charged Twice
I received an alert “my package arrived”. I searched everywhere for it and it was gone, never delivered or stolen. It was around Christmas. I immediately filed a report AND ordered a second ring as it was a Christmas Gift for my mom.
At the time, I have been denied my refund for the lost ring. I’ve called multiple times and each time, I’m told to wait for a response. There has been no response and no refund. Very disappointed.
