Disappointing.

This ring does not look anything like the one in the pictures. I was sent a ring that had a gun metal finish not a silver finish. I’ve been extremely disappointed with Nordstrom customer service as it’s taking them weeks to give me a refund for an item that’s completely misrepresented.
