Odd Fitting heel area

Been wearing these shoes now for a month and walk 5 miles a day or better. The problem is they don't have the cushioning a lot of the other Nikes I've bought and the back or heel area has an odd fit. Shoe is not high enough it's just a different fitting shoe the cushioning is the biggest draw back. The shoe is staying together though. But for long walks going with a different shoe.
