Advertised as 14k but its 925
I was very disappointed to see that the Effy ring I've been waiting to give to my daughter for her 21st bday was silver not 14k gold as advertised. A 925 is clearly stamped inside of the ring despite all of the 14k in the description.

false advertisement
I just received my ring and come to find out it is silver material and not gold as advertised. I don’t mind silver but per the description it is supposed to be 14 k gold which is not true. The ring is gold plated over 925 silver. Not okay to deceive customers like this. I tried calling customer service and they said I can just return it. Not the point, it is simply put the description right so customers know what they are buying.
