inconvenience in returning
one of the stones came off after wearing it for a few days and I went to return it to a Nordstrom rack in Irving Park and the person in charge did not believe that 1 of the stone came out hence not accepting my return but when i went to another Nordstrom rack in Oakbrook they readily took it back understanding my reasoning
