slightly tight in the waist

I’m 123lbs and 5’8” and size 26 fit a little tight in the waist. However the rest of the jeans was loose fitting. Also the distressing of the jeans has a dirt haze and there’s a slight pronounced spot on the right leg by the thigh. It looks like a stain. For the price they should’ve removed this from the style before printing it. This is my second pair and both jeans arrived with this mark. Not sure if I’m going to keep. I love the color and the fit
