What happened to Nordstrom?
The shoes are fine but I ordered them online and they came in the tiniest packaging, no box, and the security tag is still attached!! What? How did the associate not look them over and remove the security tag? I dont live close to a Nordstrom Rack, which is why I ordered online... so disappointed in Nordstrom.
