Very Nice
I like these shoes! I got them to wear to work in. When I first tried them on, they were a bit snug, but I noticed on the insole was written “dual insole fit”. I took the bottom insole out, and replaced the top, and that did the trick! They fit perfectly and are comfortable enough to wear all day at work. I’m very pleased.

Runs small
I have a number of Ecco shoes and have never had any run this small.
No more free returns! Federal Express charged me seven dollars for a box, plus they don’t have poly bags bigs big enough for a shoe box which would have cost $3.50!
