Condition of the store in the whole environment
Your music is way too loud and distracts from my shopping. Also, the music in the cafeteria the drum beat is quite nerve-racking and I didn’t enjoy eating lunch there like I used to.

Buyer beware!
First of all I am an Ecco fan!
These feel dreamy right out of box ... so comfortable!
However, please heed this warning ... Do not wear these on wet pavement - they are ice skates!
First time walking down a wet sidewalk I went down hard.
I will never wear them in the wet. I think these are a lawsuit waiting to happen!
