Dyson Up13 Pro Animal upright vacuum
Does not pick up through roller head/beater bar. This was refurbished and says No Returns. I paid $199 for this. I am very disappointed.

Really good vaccum for the price. Even though it’s refurbished, the vaccum looks like new when I first opened it. Packaging was good and nice. I always buy refurbished items from dyson, every time they came out very good! Highly recommended!

My Third Dyson Animal
This is my third Dyson Animal vacc since the first year it was introduced. First 2 were new.I also purchased a new one for my daughter. This one is refurbished. I can not tell at all that it isn’t brand new and unused. It gives the expected results in a house with pets. I am very pleased to have found this one at this price.
