mixed feelings
I love Dyson they have quality products, so when I saw the price I couldn’t resist. When I got it I turned on the heating feature, it started to smell of burning plastic. I have never had this issue before and was really disappointed. And of course refurbished means no returns. So please pay full price and get a genuinely good product

Doesn’t work fully
I bought this for my parents who I don’t live with . I was there when it was delivered and it looked fine . Turned on and off but I left soon after . I didn’t realize until a few weeks later that the rotating function doesn’t work at all bc it jammed at an angle at the baseb( and not bc of the tilt function) . I guess you get not what you pay for but less . Don’t risk refurbished. Not worth the hassle

This item arrived with a cracked base, when powered up, ran for 30 sec and then flashed error sign and never worked. Apparently eventhough it arrived broken, I can't return! Boo Nordstrom!

Honestly, I'm very upset. I turned it on as a Christmas gift for my husband and after 2 minutes it showed a triangle and it doesn't work. I spent a lot of money and they sold me something that doesn't work. I can't return it.
