Great product, but very fragile lid/locks
I bought 3 of these for my kids (2 greys and 1 pink), but one of them (grey one) stopped working after just a month—the lid locks broke after regular washing. I've also found the steam lid quite difficult to clean properly. You can wash the outside easily enough, but if you're not careful about opening it often, food can build up inside. The lid itself feels fragile too; opening it almost feels like you might break it each time, and it's very difficult to assemble again. Other than this, it is a very useful container for us, kids love they can heat up their food at school, saved us from using the microwave!.

OK features
A good heating kit. Unfortunately, after about two weeks, the locks broke off. Can't seem to find any replacement parts for it. I'd give it a 5 star review if wasn't for that problem.

Dont buy !
I bought mine last year in April and after four months, the latches broke off. It’s very upsetting for the price you pay.

Almost perfect heating lunch box
I really like this heat electric lunch box. It warms the food by approx 20 mins when plugged to 120v , on car 12v it warms up approx 30mins. I just really wish they sell additional lunch tin the one inside for meal prep and they sell one that has divider or different sizes of the silicon inside. If you would take a long car ride and want to bring your own food it works well I would recommend.
