Great lunch box
I work in Aquatics and we are unable to bring glass into the building. I love that this is microwavable and doesn't have microplastics. It's perfect for what I need.

Does not hold heat
Bought this for my high school son, does not keep the food hot even after pouring hot water in before adding the food in. His food got cold within the first 2 hours

Nice product- doesn’t heat evenly.
The product is very convenient in terms of its size, weight, and functionality. However, it does not heat evenly in the microwave. Food at the top of the container will be boiling lava hot, while the food at the bottom will be frigid.

Because microwave ovens heat differently depending on their wattage and the type of food being reheated, some foods may warm more evenly by stirring the contents halfway through the heating cycle and allowing the meal to stand for 1–2 minutes after heating so the heat can distribute throughout the container. For denser meals, heating in shorter intervals and stirring between each interval can also help improve consistency. Does not heat the bottom portion
I bought 2 lunch sizes and 2 snack sizes and have been using them for a few months. Great concept and we use it for multiple things. But when I try to heat (microwave) my spaghetti in the lunch size one, the bottom part (covered by the colored metal) stays cold. It's as if it never got heated. The top part does heat well. I heat with the lid partially open or just the vent open.

Nice Idea, poor execution.
The microwaves don’t penetrate the metal. I heated a dish for 3 minutes in a commercial microwave on Hi power with no discernible change in temperature. And good luck getting the lids off with no edges to hold on to.
