Dynasoft TRNR V2 Athletic Sneaker (Men)

Took these shoes out for a game of pickleball, only about 20 minutes. These shoes ripped on the front part of the upper after a few minutes. In no way am I a professional player, nor extended myself to be one. Major quality concern, and what's even worse is Nordstrom Rack's Return Policy. They heard me out over the phone, then put me on a hold, just to say nope, no refunds. For the record, I bought these on May 20, Did not receive once it was processed by my apartment complex until we were a good way through June, and when I called, they told me I was outside of the return window and that was that. I'm not asking for a full refund, just an exchange for a different shoe at the same price or even a PARTIAL refund. I will not be using Nordstrom Rack anymore, and this shoe is not worth it. New Balance typically makes a good shoe - and I've worn shoes from them my whole life for everything from College Track & Field to work. DO NOT PURCHASE & GO ELSEWHERE FOR DISCOUNT SHOES.
