a couple flowers on sweater are snagged/damaged - yarn coming out of sweater - Nordstrom wants me to pay to ship the damaged item back to them....buyer beware

Very Soft and Pretty
Bought the Beige/burgandy. The pattern is beautiful and the colors are perfect. This is so soft and comfy, I didnt want to take it off. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the threads are loose, and I'm not sure it will hold up. Otherwise, this i.s my new favorite sweater.
