magnificent comfort!
All the reviews are accurate! I bought these in every color after buying this first pair. They are comfortable right out of the box. True to size with normal dress sox, but go half size up if wanting to wear thicker sox. Zipper makes it easy to get on and off while laces allow for a customized fit. Padded at the back of ankle prevents any blisters even if wearing no sox. Great 2” height with just a 1” slope thanks to the platform base so it keeps my feet high and dry in puddles in the rainy PNW, while also feeling very stable. I live on the side of a mountain and these have been great for walking my dogs on wet hilly streets. They are very lightweight for such a sturdy boot. Finally Dr Scholls has lived up to their brand which had been built on providing comfort accessories for feet. Most of the time I found other brands like Born, Sorel, or Skechers were way more comfortable but this one finally has me hopeful for the brand. I hope they use the footbed of this product and apply it to additional designs in the future. I bought every color in case this is the only time they make something this comfortable and its just a one-off.

Something Irritating Under the Front
These aren't even worth the sale price if I can't wear them. There is an extremely irritating pirce under the tongue near the front that not even a pair of socks would help. The rack gets rid of its bad products by putting them on sale w/o returns. I should have known better.

Pricey but worth it
So far these are great for walking in urban areas. I’ve not put a lot of steps in or standing on them yet but so far they are comfortable. They do keep my feet very warm. I sided up from 10 to 11 and with thin socks they are a bit big but will be great with thick socks. I don’t have wide feet but they are not narrow either and I do not find these binding at the toes, heels or anywhere in between. They fit great.

At first look, it looks like it runs small. I usually wear size 6 but I get 6.5 for cold weather shoes. This pair look like a 6 and I was skeptical but when my feet went in, I was happy. Fit perfectly and I love the hidden platform
