Heel slips with every step
disappointed because my heel is slipping up and down with every step. I gave them two attempts but couldn’t adjust them to be snug against my heel. my guess is that they run a little big, because it’s rare that I have to order a half size smaller.

Great shoe!
Loved the shoe and would have kept them but I ordered the wrong size. They were sold out by the time I tried to reorder. I ordered slightly bigger than my actual size. I usually do this because I need to give my toes/bunions extra room. However, this left a gap in the ankle strap area and I didn't need the extra toe room. Keep in mind that you cannot adjust the ankle strap. These are slip on shoes.
