Everything - PERFECT
Been wanting these boots since for ever. Saw a sponsored ad and I got got! 54% off at NR. I’m sooooo happy! They fit perfectly. They’re kind of tedious to put on/off so once they’re on I commit and keep them off unless I absolutely need them off lol.

Wrong boots
I have wanted these boots since I first saw them. I was so excited when I saw them here at such an amazing price! Imagine my disappointment when they arrived and a different pair of boots were in the box. The box was labeled and had a picture of these boots but the ones inside were entirely different. I contacted NR immediately and they were very apoplectic about the situation. Then I was told my size was sold out and no longer available. It was then that I cried. Even want something so badly just to have it pulled out from under you? I don’t have much and this was my one splurge.

I finally own them!! I have been looking for these boots for a long time. I had purchased them here before and was sent the wrong ones. I was disappointed that when I called customer service and let them know they did nothing for me.
