1460 Pascal Water Resistant Wintergrip Boot (Women)

I bought these for a specific purpose and within hours found out that they wouldn't work. I attempted to cancel the order but the order wouldn't show up in my account, soI contacted customer service by chat. The person I spoke with was snide and would not or could not answer my questions about why I could not cancel my processing order. He said things like, "That's because you ordered as a guest," when I asked why I couldn't find the order to cancel it myself. Then he responded to my question about when the window closed to cancel with an incoherent question about the system functioning, and when I told him he wasn't answering my question he replied with "Like I said," followed by the same incoherent sentence. I used to love the Rack, but not being able to cancel an order within a few hours of ordering it in the afternoon is odd. But it's pretty obnoxious that your customer service person can't speak in a normal, helpful manner.

I wear a women’s 9 and purchased size 8 since they are unisex. Perfect fit! I was worried they wouldn’t be, but they were and are sooooo comfortable. They have a Ugg like lining for warmth and bouncy feel when you walk. I am so happy with my purchase. Definitely good for the colder and rainy months ahead.
