Beautiful shoes, but
Beautiful shoes. Left shoe slips. Have not ha an issue with Donald Pliner shoes. All others fit wonderfully and wear well. Will keep going back to Donald Pliner, sadly still looking for heel backing to keep my left foot from slipping.

Repeated construction issue
This is my second pair of these shoes. On the first pair, the buckle across the instep of the left shoe was obviously crooked. The second pair was less so, but since I was aware of the issue, it still looks a little off compared to the right shoe. It makes me wonder about Donald Pliner quality, at least as sold at an off-price outlet. Otherwise, they are a nice design and comfortable.

I ordered my correct size with Pliner. The shoe is awesome but way too big? That has never happened to me. I wear a 5.5 historically. Too bad I failed to read final sale! Will have to get an insole.
