I usually wear a size 6.5–7, but these boots run very narrow, and even the size 7 felt too small for my feet.

Ordered a half size bigger and they are still to small. Looked to see how to return them and there's no information included on how to go about returning them.

Love these boots!
I wasn't sure how the boots would go over, given the mix of reviews, but I'll tell you what: they are LOVELY. I have normal-sized feet, and while the fit is snug, it's not too snug - instead, it's exactly how a boot should fit. The soles are rubber and super comfy. I wore them to work for the day, walked around a ton, and my feet felt great on the other side. I say give them a try if you're not sure, because they were a win in my book.
